Union Hotel Karaköy

Pros: It was the second time we stayed at Union Hotel and we would definitely choose it again for our stay. The room was very clean and comfortable but the most remarkable thing was the amazing view of the city! It is close to everything you may need and the public transportation is only a few minutes walk away. Even though the site says there is no breakfast, every morning they are offering Turkish tea or coffee with sesame bread rings to take with you at the reception. The staff is very kind and helpful and always smiling. There js nothing negative to say about this Hotel! We loved it!!

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect – the service, the cleanliness and the atmosphere. The staff were extremely kind, helpful and welcoming. I was also impressed by the quality of the products in the room, especially the shampoo and hair care products – very high quality. You can really feel the hospitality and care for guests here. I highly recommend this place and would happily come back again.

Pros: 10/10 - we can confidently recommend this hotel! We truly loved everything: the service, the atmosphere, the room, and even the view from the windows. From day one, we felt genuine care and attentiveness from the staff. Everyone was polite, helpful, and available 24/7. The room was clean, neat, and very comfortable. It was clear that everything was well maintained. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is cozy and welcoming - it’s a place you genuinely enjoy coming back to after a long day. The view from the windows was absolutely beautiful and added a special charm to our stay. Waking up to that view was a real pleasure. One evening it was a little cold in the room, but the managers immediately offered us a heater and resolved the issue quickly. Efficient, smooth, and professional, exactly how great service should be. Thank you to the entire hotel team for the warm hospitality. We would definitely love to come back again!

Pros: Our experience at the hotel was excellent. Cleanliness was outstanding and the location is truly ideal. The hotel is very close to the Galata Bridge, offering easy access to public transportation: the tram to Sultanahmet and the Galata Port, bus connections to Fener–Balat and Beşiktaş, as well as the underground funicular from Karaköy to Istiklal (Beyoğlu), located about 200 meters away, which saves you from the steep uphill walk. The Galata Tower is also within very short walking distance. The view from the 3rd-floor room was breathtaking, overlooking the Golden Horn and the Sultanahmet area, with views of Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, and other historic landmarks. The staff and front desk were extremely kind, helpful, and discreet, always providing useful information throughout our stay. An excellent choice that perfectly combines comfort, location, and service. Highly recommended.

Pros: We visited this hotel for second year in a row. It's a great value for money. The room with sew view are magnificent. Very friendly hospitality. Great location. We will come next year again!
