Hotel Momento Golden Horn

Wonderful stay

Pros: The hotel is in a very convenient place. You'll be very close to the area with the main sightseeings. On another hand Karakyo is a district with narrow streets, many shops and wonderful restaurants., Galata tower is also close to the hotel. It has an amazing view to the Golden horn from the roof top restaurant. The staff is really supportive. We had an issue and had to go to a post office where no body speaks English. A member of the staff came with us to translate and explain us what should be done. I fully recommend this hotel!

Cons: Everything was perfect. We arrived by car and unfortunately the hotel doesn't have it's own parking place but the vale helped us to park the car on a parking close to the hotel.

Pros: Great English speaking staff. Comfortable and quiet rooms. Good restaurant.

Cons: Poor planning during check in. Forced to move rooms during my stay due to construction.

Pros: Views unbeatable; everything else nice & excellent value for money.

Great location and very helpful & welcoming staff

Pros: I chose the hotel based on its location which was perfect. It's just a walking distance to the main touristic areas. I have booked a room with a view and it DID NOT disappoint <3 It was absolutely worth it. Another highlight of the hotel is its staff, they were all very helpful & welcoming & accommodating. Especially Harun & Ahmet they helped me out with restaurant recommendations, storing my luggage until I came back for it, booking airport taxis..etc I would stay here again.

Friendly and helpful staff, fantastic restaurant, clean and comfortable rooms, and a great strategic location

Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful! Harun, Ahmet, Sedat and Sinan were always ready to provide us with assistance, information and support and made us feel comfortable and welcome during our entire stay. The restaurant on the 8th floor is amazing and I would recommend it to everyone! The hotel also has a really good location because you are a few minutes of walk away from the Galata tower on one side, as well as Karakoy and the tram station on the other side. So you can navigate around the notable locations with ease.

Pros: A wonderful hotel with the best staff. The room is spotless and comfortable. Also on the top floor the restaurant is very good with a breathtaking view. The location is convenient and you can go everywhere on foot. See you again soon.

Perfect location and cleanliness

Pros: The staff was really friendly and helpful. Especially Ahmet and Harun, they were hospitable from the very beginning. Location wise its perfect, train, tram and buses nearby to commute to places everything under 20 minutes. If you are looking for a breakfast with variety and view it is the perfect place.

Stay at Hotel Momento Golden Horn was outstanding, thanks to its ideal location and helpful staff.

Pros: The hotel location is perfect for exploring the historic heart of Istanbul, with easy access to public transport and major sights. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with a stunning view over the Golden Horn that made every morning special. The staff were extremely kind, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. A special mention goes to Mr. Sedat, the desk manager, who was exceptionally helpful and made the stay even more pleasant. Breakfast on the terrace with a view over the Golden Horn was a real highlight. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

Pros: Great location, excellent staff they are very helpful.

Cons: Have to book a room on the upper level otherwise you won't have a nice view.
