Pros: Our stay at this hotel in Istanbul was truly excellent. The staff were highly professional, attentive, and always ready to assist with a warm and genuine attitude. Their attention to detail made us feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout our visit. The hotel was impeccably clean, with rooms that were comfortable, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged. Everything felt fresh and organized, creating a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. The location is simply perfect — situated in a prime area of Istanbul, close to major attractions, restaurants, and public transport, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. Overall, a fantastic experience. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul and would gladly stay here again.

Pros: My stay at this hotel was absolutely perfect. Everything exceeded my expectations! The breakfast was amazing, with a great variety of high-quality options. The girl serving breakfast was always willing to help, extremely polite, and genuinely kind. She made every morning even more enjoyable with her positive attitude. The reception team was also outstanding. Everyone was very friendly, welcoming, and always smiling. They made us feel comfortable and truly cared for throughout our stay. I also had dinner at the hotel’s restaurant, and it was incredible. The food was delicious and beautifully prepared — a truly memorable dining experience. The room was spotless and very beautiful, with great attention to detail. It was comfortable and perfectly maintained. Overall, it was an incredible experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful and relaxing stay.
