Pros: Very nice location . Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Love the room and value for money .

I definitely recommend this hotel. Value for money!

Pros: I rarely write reviews but here’s one for this wonderful hotel and its lovely staff, specifically Seyfollah and Raasem at the reception desk. Wonderful view on their rooftop restaurant with great breakfast and kind kitchen staff.

Pros: My wife was in a wheel chair. The hotel team helped and tried to accomodate us much as possible. There is a lift we could use to access the room and a walk in shower with a small ledge. As there were a few steps to the breakfast at the roof top resteraunt, the staff allowed me to take food down to my wife.

Cons: Just the difficult to access the resteraunt for people in a wheel chair.

Pros: You can wake up to a beautiful city view, and everything is within walking distance. The staff’s care and attention are amazing — special thanks to the night shift team. I definitely recommend this place.

Pros: We absolutely loved our stay! The location is perfect — just a short walk (about 50 meters) from the ferry to Karaköy, which made it super easy to get around the city. We arrived from the airport by metro to Kadıköy and then took the ferry straight here — very convenient! The staff were incredibly kind, always smiling, and ready to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality made us feel very welcome. Everything was clean and comfortable, and we really enjoyed the atmosphere. I will definitely come back here on my next trip to Istanbul!

Pros: Nice staffs, good lication and good breakfast spread with beautiful view of the Galata Bridge.

One bridge to old Istanbul

Pros: It was a surprisingly large room with a newly renovated bathroom. I enjoyed the breakfast menu and had a viw over the Bosporus while eating. Fantastic way to start the day. Excellent location with easy access to the trams to old town.Many restaurants near by.

Pros: The room is very clean and comfortable. The balcony was great and with sea view. The breakfasts was amazing. The coffee in the room was fantastic

Pros: The hotel location is excellent. Public transport in front of the hotel for all the sights to see. The hotel is tidy, the breakfast is good and the hotel staff are very friendly. The time it takes from the hotel to Istiklal Street is 5 minutes (tunnel), the spice market is 5 minutes by tram, bus (in front of the hotel door)... Very nice teracce have!!

Great stay in the heart of Istanbul with easy access to the tourist attractions

Pros: Loved the location and the view of the Bosphorus and all the boats passing—easy access to transport and plenty of food options. The staff were always friendly and happy to help. Breakfast was great and set us up well for the day. The cleaner did a great job of servicing our room each day.

Cons: It can be a little noisy due to the central location, which didn't affect me too much, so I recommend earplugs if you are a light sleeper.
