Pros: Excellent customer service, greeted with a cup of tea on arrival, quiet, good location , stayed 4 nights so booked a bigger room which had a sofa and was spacious.

Cons: Lightning in room could have been better

Pros: The team is amazing, they really make you feel super welcome, we were there for my mom's birthday and they brought a cake and a candle out of the blue! Really kind people!

Pros: Location of the hotel is really good. It being right next to a metro stop makes it worth every penny. Moreover, There was one guy who helped us quite a lot during our stay. He was very nice and went out of the way to help us.

Cons: Room size could be better but I would say, in this price range and locality, hard to find anything this good, in the price suggested.

Pros: the location is perfect for visiting all main attractions in Istambul. The staff was nice and help us arranging the transport to the airport. The best part of our staywas the breakfast!! Definitely worthy to add it in!. overall good value for the money.

Cons: elevator and stairs are a bit tiny but overall easy to use
