Cons: A couple of times issues with wi-fi, but was resolved

Small but convenient

Pros: Great location, easy to get to. Walking distance to tourist spots and cruise port. Bed was comfortable.

Cons: Room was very small and hard to shuffle luggage.

Pros: Very nice hotel for a short stay. Transportation, shops and tourist attractions on a short walk.

Pros: We have the problem with the air conditioner and they help us immediately , they change our room till they fix the problem. Manager of the hotel help us and knows English.

Really comfortable and great value

Pros: It was safe and clean. The air conditioning was amazing to come home to 🥵 The location was close to the tram stop that can take you anywhere. Bahar on reception was very kind and helpful.

Cons: It wasn’t in walking distance to the big attractions and could be a little noisy at night.

Cons: The Deluxe rooms which were not good isolated as they were very noisy specially at midnights

Pros: Location was perfect for the event we attended, as it was at the Peninsula which was about 2mins walk from the hotel.

Cons: The Wifi only work in your room and the floor your room is. Once you step away it doesn't, even at the reception it doesn't.

Nice cosy room to relax in after a busy day. Quite and beautiful.

Pros: The proximity of the hotel to all the event areas. Close to the ferry docks. The friendly staff who were willing to help.

Cons: The shower was a bit crampy. Closing snd opening the shower door was a challenge, the door will touch your body. No breakfast included.
