Pros: Nice clean hotel , WiFi was good Breakfast coming dialy to the room with fixed items (not bad) The isolation of the room was excellent,we didn't feel the cold weather outside The view of the park was nice

A pleasant stay

Pros: Loved the experience,the staff was very cooperative and kind whilst speaking good english,loved the facilities like the swimming pool and the gym .I strongly recommend this estate for visiting istanbul.

Cons: Their house keeping stole things from the room , such as money or shopping bags !

All in all we were happy to stay here and might come back.

Pros: The room was as described. The rooms were big and had a lot to offer. The bed was cozy as well. We liked the bedroom and living room concept

Cons: The hearing was turned on and the room was too hot for us (26 degrees). We told this to the receptionists and for one day they turned the heat down, but the next they it was on again. Also the curtains in the living room could not be closed completely in the evening.

Great value for money getaway

Pros: Overall good place, the stove wasn't functioning and there was a bathroom smell that kept on coming from the bathroom. But overall the room was tidy and nice. The staff were friendly and the location is good.

Pros: The hotel was a nice facility, staff, and location. The staff was very helpful, especially in the reception ( thank you very much, Ms. Begum ). In the future I will go back agin to the same hotel with my family.

Very nice hotel, with parking, but far away from the center of Istanbul

Pros: Very good hotel, recently opened. The apartment we booked was large enough for 3 persons (parents and a teenager). Clean and comfy. Parking under the building, easy accessible. Free for guests. In the kitchenette we had a pot for boiling water and a few tea & instant coffee bags. We had cooking stove but no tools or pans for cooking with :) Large fridge, though. Good communication with staff. The zone where the hotel is located is very nice, clean, a park nearby, a lot of restaurant and even a shopping mall (small) at about 1 km away. There is also a market where you can buy some groceries.

Cons: Poor facilities especially in the kitchen area (no toaster, no micro, no pans, no tools for cooking, no possibility to boil even an egg:) even there were a stove installed), nothing to wash your dishes with. They had only plates, some forks and knives to eat food from the nearby restaurants. No paper towel. They do not serve breakfast. The hotel is 25 km from the center of Istanbul. We had interest in a nearby area, but the location is very far away for those who want to visit the city center.

Nice place

Pros: I like the staff. The room was very clean and modern. It was quiet and warm room. Everything seems new. It is located in a beautiful area, with many restaurants and clubs in the surrounding area.
