Pros: A very lovely hotel! The staff are friendly and always ready to help. The room is clean, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped. The location is convenient — everything you need is nearby. And the terrace is simply amazing, the view is just wow! Thank you for the comfort and atmosphere, I’ll definitely come back 💫

Pros: The hotel location is great, very convenient and easy to reach. The terrace is amazing, a perfect place to relax and enjoy the view. Breakfast always includes fresh fruits like peaches, grapes, melons, and watermelon😍. There is free coffee and tea available 24/7, which is very nice. The room has everything you need, including tea and coffee supplies (though they are not refilled). The staff is very kind and friendly, they even offered blankets when we were sitting on the terrace.

Cons: We had to wait about 15 minutes at the reception because no one was there at first, but it wasn’t a big problem. Breakfast was a bit repetitive and could have more variety. Some guests who prefer daily cleaning might find the cleaning schedule (once every 3 days) unusual.

The hotel met our expectations

Pros: The location was fantastic and the outside balcony was delightful, a great place to enjoy breakfast or a cup of tea. Staff were helpful and very accommodating.

Pros: Ideal location. The hotel is very clean. The staff is very nice and helpful ! They speak a lot of languages so you will not have any problem to communicate. There was a lot of options for the breakfast. It was rather calm (just a bit of the noise of the road close to it but it was not too loud).

Cons: There was a weird smell in the bathroom at the first floor. But at the other floors it was not present.

We liked it and want to repeat it.

Pros: Ideal value for money. The location is excellent. A special thank you to the staff. Everyone was very kind and responsive. They helped us with all the questions we had. I plan to visit you again)

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at the hotel The room was spacious and very clean, and the bathroom was well maintained. The terrace was beautiful and a great place to relax. The receptionist was very helpful and even recommended a nice restaurant nearby. The air conditioning worked perfectly. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Cons: The only challenge I faced was finding the hotel at first, as the entrance wasn’t easy to locate. It would be very helpful if a clearer map or directions were provided

Pros: The breakfast was abundant and the eggs were well cooked. The chips also, though odd to have chips for breakfast but we did it! Free coffee and tea when you want is a good touch, though it's just a basic machine. The views from the rooftop are brilliant and a great place to watch Istanbul from. The staff were really accommodating. We loved the hustle and bustle of the area - may not be to everyone's taste, if you're looking for clean and pristine this probably isn't the area for you but it's right by the metro and 10 mins from the best market area (in our opinion) and ferries. It's a good option

Cons: The one downfall was the power cut but that wasn't their fault.
