Great hotel, great location

Pros: Excellent location, very close to the town centre and tram station. Cleaning was very good every day. We were given 2 rooms instead of 1, so that was a lovely surprise. Staff were considerate and kind.

Cons: The room door leading to a small balcony did not have a proper lock on it. It was very dangerous for my children. We had to find a way to 'lock it' temporarily and keep the curtains closed at all times. Also, the toilet seats kept coming down, so we had to use a towel to keep them up.

For me was good enought, cause I was out all days

Pros: Room was calm and clean, nice bathroom. Location for me was perfect, cause i was there for work and bit of holiday. My advice for hotel management-put kettles in the rooms, it will bring more value.

Cons: I will be honest- atmosphere is little bit depressing there. Maybe its because there are almost no people, still not touristy season. Stuff looked some kind of sad, trying to be pleasant, but sad. Breakfast was same all days, and this is because of no guests at the moment. By the way-with all my kindness-I do not want to be rude, but coffee just terrible.

Pros: The staff were very nice and kind, welcoming and helping! The beds were ok, the room is smaller than it is described, no place to sit in our room for 3 people, just beds, very small table and one small seat. Bathroom is ok. Location is great. Breakfast is ok.

Cons: The curtains could be much cleaner, the were some stains on them, but otherwise ok

Pros: The hotel owner is the friendliest person ever. Rooms are very confortabel and clean. Location is very good.

Pros: Ήταν σε πολύ κεντρικό σημείο ! Κοντά σε στάση τραμ.

Pros: Le petit déjeuner était copieux ,toujours frais. le personnel et spécialement kerim etait aux petits soins. Il nous a aidé jusqu'à la dernière minute. Il merite un grand bravo. La chambre était nettoyée chaque jour, les serviettes changées quotidiennement. Vraiment bravo. Lemplacement de l'hôtel est proche de tous les moyens de transport.

Cons: Tout etait parfait.

Pros: Местоположение очень удобное и безопасное. Возвращались после прогулок и поездок по городу после 12-1 ночи. Т1 рядом в 3 минутах ходьбы и Мармарай тоже близко. Отель сам чистый. Завтраки разнообразные и всегда свежие продукты. Убирались каждый день и персонал очень приветливый. Понравилось все.

Pros: Хорошее расположение, удобно добираться в любую точку города. Убирались каждый день, завтраки хорошие, персонал ответственный. У нас в номере не работал фен, принесли замену. За свою цену очень даже не плохой отель. Были в сентябре 2025г.
