Pros: I had a wonderful stay . The place is very comfortable, clean, and peaceful, which made my stay truly relaxing. The atmosphere is calm and perfect for rest. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. Their hospitality made me feel very welcome and well taken care of. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, excellent service, and a pleasant experience. I would definitely stay here again.

Pros: Amazing staff, we felt very welcome. The room is nice and clean, also bigger than usual rooms, we were with a dog and had a very comfortable stay. Very cozy bar downstairs to hang out.

Very comfortable rooms and helpfull cheery staff in a fantastic location!

Pros: Staff were very open, friendly and helpful. We felt really safe and looked after here. Ali the manager was so welcoming and caring. There is a bar on ground floor with great vibes, wines and cocktails. The location is the best right in the middle of everything. Great area to explore. Ali and his staff helped us get our transfer to next destination and even carried our bags to the car for us. We will be back one day :)

Cons: No lift but stairs are not too bad.

Pros: The location was ideal and the guys working there were really nice and helpful at all times.

Cons: Maybe the fact that there is a pub downstairs and the music could be a bit bothersome if you are staying in the lower level rooms. Fortunately for us, we were on the 3rd floor.

The location is very good, the room is quite large, with a double bed and anothero sofa bed. It can sleep 3 people very

Pros: Excellent location, in the restaurant area, close to the waterfront and Taksim Square

Cons: Problems with the shower drain, there is no wardrobe - there are three hangers on a bar, the bathroom door could only be closed from the room - it had no handle on the inside I stayed two nights, it was not cleaned and the towels were not changed.
