Porto De Galata Hotel

Pros: The hotel was very clean, the room and the bathroom were spacious and very comfortable for two people. The location of the hotel is very convenient to visit a lot of monuments and famous spots, on foot.

Cons: It would be very convenient to have an espresso coffee machine with capsules, in the room, for the first coffee of the day.

Enjoyable nice stay

Pros: The friendly staff, the breakfast, the location you can walk to the beach where you can take boat tour, also you can walk to the old bazar, a lot of cafes and restaurant around ,a duvet market is just few steps on the left side of the hotel, a tourists off is just along the left side the hotel opposite the street ,comfy bed, the size of the room,

Cons: the floor wasn’t getting good cleaning during our 3 nights stay even thought it was clear that it’s needed the noise from out side bar or club till the early morning

Cons: No vehicle access to the hotel during certain hours which made it difficult getting our luggage to and from the hotel

Pros: Amazing location, just in the heart of Karakoy. Hotel is new, rooms are clean and spacious. We enjoyed our stay here, definitely will come again. Mr Arda Kul at reception desk was very helpful. Also traditional Turkish breakfast was very delicious with fresh hot flatbread served with various appetizers. We have just one difficulty at arriving, while trying to find the hotel, because it’s name was written on a small sign, but we were told that the new one is in the process and soon will be ready so it will be easy to find it.

Pros: Everything was good, the staff were so nice in the reception and the restaurant and the house keeping too, the hotel is very clean and it’s a new hotel. Sinan the night receptionist was very nice and kind, the breakfast was delicious.

Cons: In our last night there was a problem in the hot water in the shower, so we didn’t take a shower and the day after the problem didn’t resolved but they given us a late check out so when the problem resolved we took our shower and checked out.
