Pros: The location, right on the Main Street, close to public transportation (Tophane) and a stone’s throw from Galataport. The staff was amazing. Service was great.

Pros: Location is great. Easy to get around the city from here and the staff are friendly. Rooms are clean, though the bathrooms do look a little tired.

Cons: Rooms feel a little tired and need a bit of TLC. Housekeeping needs to improve as I came back to my room and the bed wasn't made, but everything else in the room has been done.

Location is very favourable and overall experience is good.

Pros: The location of the hotel is good, very close to a market in case it is required to by something from the shop, hotel is 10m away from the famous fish wrap (right on the left hand side once you walk out from the hotel). Also, the location is close to the shopping area and bridge to walk to the other side of Istanbul.

Pros: The location and the staff was great. The rooms were clean and they gave me a really nice room. Thank you, Murat and Emir.

Cons: The first room was very warm, which probably wouldn’t be a problem for anyone, but for me it was a bit too much. They have understood my situation and changed it to another one, which was much better.
