Pros: Everything was excellent, the staff were extremely kind — all compliments.

Great location, family friendly and value for money.

Pros: Location, facilities and behaviour of the staff. Well cleaned bed covers, pillow covers and blankets, towels.

Cons: It would be good if there were more charging points in the room. However we managed to get a few which were enough for us.

Pros: Had a great stay at Newalla Hotel Old City. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and perfect location near main attractions. Very comfortable and great value for money — highly recommended! 😊

Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet delicious, and the location great too.

Cons: The drain under the bathroom sink leaked a lot of water and this wasn't fixed during our stay, despite us asking for it to be fixed.

Welcoming, neat, excellent location

Pros: The management was very helpful, kind and welcoming The suggestions they made were really amazing

Cons: The cig smoke from other room could came at times But that was not a very big issue

Hotel is located near the sea, train station and 15 mins walking distance from everything

Pros: There wasn’t a wide variety for breakfast, it could be improved with more warm food as most of it was picky foods like olives, cheese etc. The drink options could also be improved but the staff were very friendly

Cons: The window was letting in a loud whistling noise from strong wind outside none of the other windows did this, we were told the window is fine by a younger male from reception but the noise was so loud we had to put white noise on our phone to drown it out

If I ever come to turkey again, I’ll come here and book again

Pros: Property was good, What’s in the pic, is in the room.. clean and helpful, chef was good everyone was welcoming and helping each other which I feel like home. The best

Pros: Location with plentyof bars and restaurants in Old City of Istanbul, the amability of hotel's personnel

Cons: I had a day when the elevator did not work, but this problem was quickly fixed. Also, the breakfast table could be improved, with an omelette or fried eggs

Good. I would stay here again due to the positive things above.

Pros: The hotel is located near the attractions and in a quite area which brings you a piece of silence after all the chaos from Istanbul😁. The restaurant where the breakfast is served is owned by Halil, which is the most kind person I met there. He also cook very good, so I recommend taking dinner there.

Cons: There was a small issue related to the check-in time, but was solved and the guys from the reception are doing their best.

Pros: Osoblje prije svega jako ljubazno i susretljivo Lokacija je izuzetno dobra, blizu ima park za decu i stanica za Eminönü je svega 2 minuta pesaka. Kapali carsija 15 minuta pesaka, obalom se stize do Aje Sofije za 20 minuta. Dorucak je dobar, kuhar jako ljubazan.

Cons: Jedino je problem cistoca soba, ne ciste se redovno i ne obraca se dovoljno paznje da li je cisto ili nije. Odvod je slabo vukao vodu i nakon tusiranja se voda zadrzavala u tus kabini.
