Pros: Presentation specifically room services was great. And appreciate their welcome treats

Pros: We loved our stay at Ulusoy Old City! The people were very very kind to us - they helped us carry our luggage from an to our car at check-in and also at check-out! the lobby is a small caffe - really cozy. Our apartment was really clean and tidy, we even had a terrace! It is really good situated - we walked to the Grand Bazaar and it only took 15 minutes. I went in January and the heating was perfect - we slept in T-shirts. I already recommended this accomodation to all of my friends!

Pros: Very good place to stai near Sultanhamet. The owner is always available and everytime we returned into the hotel, he offered us tra and Baklava. Room is very clean and the position is perfect

Great location and staff, great value for money, some facilities need improvement.

Pros: Staff were committed and very friendly and welcoming. It was in a central location in the Old Town, and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

Cons: You had to squeeze the shower so it does not flood. The bathroom lighting was very poor.

Pros: Yavuz was always very kind to us, always willing to help, inviting us in for tea and engaging us in pleasant conversation. The hotel is very nice, very clean, located in a nice neighbourhood full of restaurants and very close to the city centre. I highly recommend it.

Warm welcome right in the centre of ancient Istanbul

Pros: The welcome was amazing… tea and baklava and super friendly owners even at midnight. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The location was perfect right in the heart of the ancient city. Public transport to everywhere was round the corner or a short walk up the hill for the tramway. 24/7 service and help always available on hand… tours can be booked but absolutely no hard sell for anything. Free tea and home made baklava every evening when we came home… the owners were 3 brothers who were very kind

Cons: Lack of hanging and storage space in the room. We needed more hooks to hang our clothes. We knew the room would be small but even so it would have been great to have had a table or a surface to put our things…even a pull down table attached to the wall. The curtain could have been better… one we could have drawn. But all these were just small inconveniences…. Nothing major.

All good and a value for money.

Pros: Very nice hotel and polite staff like our family if we need extra help for booking taxi or ask where to go and how to go they can spare their time even they have something to dod

Pros: I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff were very friendly and provided excellent hospitality throughout my visit. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had good hot water. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to other guests.
