Pros: Lovely staff, location and service! We came coz of an unexpected layover and we were really happy to find this place! The breakfast was fine, the tea offers were great! Ali and the whole team were absolutely great to us! Highly recommend!

Ali what a man you are. Very accomodating and made us feel very welcome.

Pros: Arrived early for check in and was allowed to go into the room for a sleep as we had been travelling through the night. Ali was a great host

Pros: A nice hotel with beautiful view from the terrace, all important attractions are in 10 mins walking distance, staff were very helpful.

Cons: Breakfast was okay, though not much options were available.

I can definitely try going this place in my next stay in istanbul.

Pros: The property is located in a nice district with a wonderful view. Everything is clean and neat. You can have access to cafe in evening and get a welcome drink for free. They kept our luggage for a few extra hours after checkout and we had a chance to visit some-places. The district is close to restaurants and markets, even international restaurants are available around that place. Bathroom was big and neat. Beds were comfortable. Staffs were very kind and helpful.

Our stay was comfortable, and truly exceptional thanks to the outstanding hospitality.

Pros: I would definitely recommend this hotel as the facilities and service are truly exceptional. All members of staff were incredibly helpful, kind, and caring towards me and my family throughout our stay. They supported us with booking tours and even adjusted breakfast timings to suit our needs. The rooms were cleaned daily, and the hotel provided useful amenities such as adaptors, slippers, irons, and more. The hospitality was outstanding, and my family and I would love to visit again. A special mention goes to Ali, who provided particularly great service and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Highly recommended!

Cons: - They have only one universal pillow which is quite thick - breakfast is missing variety

The most hospitable and welcoming place

Pros: Excellent service round the clock! The staff was beyond helpful plus the location is truly great. Close to the downtown, local shops and restaurants. Beautiful rooftop and nice breakfast place

Cons: It’s clean, maybe it needs a bit of maintenance, but it’s always taken care of if any issues arise. It definitely gets noisy towards the late evening- music bands play at the restaurants at the square, they cease closer to midnight
