Nova City Hotel

Pros: Everything was good. staff was super supportive. location is perfect. eveything is on walking distance. tram station is just 8 minutes walk

Exceptional

Pros: The location was excellent, close to all the must-see attractions. The staff was excellent: helpful, polite, and very respectful. The breakfast is very varied and has everything you need. If we were to return to Istanbul, we would be happy to stay at the hotel again

Pros: The hotel was very nice and comfy. Staff were very friendly and helpful, I really appreciate the quality and service of the hotel. It was really higher than what I expected, also their breakfast was very delicious and various. I would give it a 10 and I highly recommend.

Family really enjoyed the trip.

Pros: Hotel is located in the bazaar with lot of shopping and eateries around. About 1 km walk to the Blue mosque. Terrace breakfast is excellent with phenomenal bosphorus views. 1 km walk to the Grand bazaar.

Cons: the hotel is in a noisy road The light from the stairs comes in from under the door of the room. to go to Bayazit station there is a big Inclined Road.

Pros: if you want simple and good location this the Hotel! The workers are so nice and helpful! They clean your room everyday! The employees are really nice people they help you with everything! Good Breakfast there was eggs, cheese, vegetables,fruit, and many other things The location is best just 10 minutes far from Grand Bazar! Definitely recommended! 10/10 👍👍👍👍👍

Good value for money

Pros: Good location not far from historical Sultanahmet, market and restaurants/shops nearby, easy to reach in less than 10mins from University tramway and 20mins away from Marmoray metro station. Reasonably clean. Basic breakfast on a nice top-floor terrace (no warm food though). Very very kind and helpful manager, who also speaks good English. Overall a good value for money.

Cons: Bathroom a little ill-maintained but did not pose a problem. Some minor noise from the street, but not enough to cause a real disturbance.

Pros: Our vacations were with families, we are and our parents. At first we had a small troubles with rooms as we got an interconnected room, but after telling it the main receptionist changed the room for us and we got a rooms on a 5th floor with a sea view. The same happened with our parents and thanx to the main receptionist that the issue was resolved immediately. It good one for short staying and location is really good as it located in the heart of the center of an old town city (European Side). One of the perfect things is that the main receptions offered us a Bosfor Tour far all family which we liked!

Cons: I wish to make a room cleaning more often so it would be better.

Pros: Perfect location in the center of the old town. You could walk to most of the famous places. But the best was the service and the management that helped us with all sort of things.
