Wonderfull experience of Istanbul

Pros: The location is very good for all the sightseeing, the staff is so nice. We’ve got an upgrade for the room, which was very appreciated. Breakfast was very good, a lot of choices.

Pros: The hotel is perfectly located for those who intend to visit the most important and attractive historical places in Istanbul. Located at apr. 20-25 min walk from TopKapi, Blue Mosque, Galata Bridge. 5 min walk from Metro and Bus Station. As for hotel itself - very clean with all necessary facilities, good swimming pool and sauna, gorgeous breakfast with great variety of dishes and nice view. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Great hospitality

Pros: Staff are kind, friendly and well-trained. I'm sure they will help us when we have any trouble. Breakfast is also incredible. You can eat Turkish food, sweets and tea. The room is clean and well-maintained. The location is good if you are planning to visit around Aya Sophia.

Pros: Rooms and bathrooms were tidy and clean, clean sheets and towels, very good beds. Very good breakfast, breakfast room at the top floor with a fantastic view over sultanahmet district and bay. Helpful and friendly reception and room service. Location is still ok, sultanahmet district reachable by a tram or 20-30 minutes walk. Wellness with 2 saunas and a smaller swimming pool was a pleasant bonus after walks in a cold weather.

Cons: Yes, the rooms are a bit smaller but nothing much negative, they were cozy and relaxing.

Exceptional Hotel

Pros: Seriously, this place was awesome! The service was top-notch all around. Everyone on staff was so friendly and helpful. Housekeeping really kept things spotless, which was a nice touch. And a special shout-out to Mehmet at the front desk who went above and beyond to assist us!

Cons: It would be awesome if the hotel pool had more things for kids to do. Maybe some floating toys or even a small slide would make a big difference. Making the pool more kid-friendly would definitely make families happier. It's a shame when such a great amenity is a bit boring for the little ones. Hopefully, they consider adding some fun extras soon!
