Beethoven Premium Hotel

Pros: Location was very convenient. Nice and clean hotel. Desert variation at breakfast was superb and very tasty.

Cons: There was no restaurant in the hotel which I think would add the value.

Pros: Everything was absolutely perfect! The hotel was extremely clean, with fresh linens and clean towels changed every day. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and always helpful. Special thanks to Mustafa at the reception – very professional, always solving any issue with a smile. The hotel is very family-friendly. The SPA was great and relaxing, not overcrowded, and the pool was perfect for children. The location is excellent, with shops, a mini bazaar, public transportation nearby, and many main attractions within walking distance.

Cons: The only downside was the lack of a proper wardrobe in the room. There was only a very small space with a few hangers, which made it difficult for two people to store clothes for a seven-day stay, so we had to keep most of our luggage on the floor.

Pros: The staff were very helpful especially the staff on reception. The hotel was in a good location near Sultan Ahmed and the trsm. The hotel was beautifully decorated for the holidays and was very festive.

Cons: The rooms were a bit small with limited storage spaces

The overall experience was good and the negative things I mentioned didn’t really affect my stay. I really liked the hot

Pros: The staff were very friendly. The location was great and the breakfast buffet was amazing. I once wanted to heat my food at the microwave and when I asked them one of the staff accompanied me to the restaurant and waited for me until I got all the food heated in the microwave and then I realized he was the night shift manager and that was really kind of him. They are all very friendly and decent.

Cons: There was always a bad smell at the bathroom although it was really clean but it comes from the bathroom pumps I guess. Also, when the shower gel was over I kept asking the reception for a new one almost everyday but they didn’t do anything about it. Also, the air conditioner was conducting hot air and I couldn’t lower the temperature than 16 degrees and when I asked them they said it’s the system and all their ACs are like this and they can’t change that but that was personally annoying because it wasn’t that cold during my stay in Istanbul. Also, jacuzzi was supposed to be hot but it was cold and also can’t be adjusted.

Pros: The hotel was beautiful the staff were amazing and very attentive can’t wait to stay here again !! 10/10

Pros: The whole experience was perfect. I can't fault any part of the facilities or the staff. A very nice and comfortable hotel. The staff were very professional and accommodating. I will definitely be staying here again.

Pick it and you won’t regret

Pros: Nice, confortable, biq Junior room. Nice soft bed that was 2 meters wide. Free sauna, pool, jacuzzi, wet room.

Cons: All was good

Cons: Room temperature and cooling facilities There was no air conditioning ,ventilation not good even after opening windows , requested fan and there. Was no fan !
