It was my best stay

Pros: Amazing breakfast and location, you are in walking distance of most mosques and museums. Great staff, friendly and helpful. This is the best place I have ever stayed in my trips around Europe.

Pros: The receptionist has a calm personality and is friendly to all the staff

Cons: The bathroom is a little small but that’s not a huge problem.

Pros: Arrived at the hotel at 6.30am after a 2 hour walk from the Esenler bus station. The gentleman on duty gave me a cup of coffee and I was given a room at 7.00am. The nice curtain, carpet and warm feeling in the room was much appreciated. A small glass fridge was cold inside and was used to keep water and other items cold. That was great. The TV worked well, unlike the snowy TV's in other Turkish hotels. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were very nice to deal with. Hotel was close to the money exchange outlets and the bus terminal for the airport.

Pros: We received very warm welcome at the reception and the service was friendly and efficient throughout the stay. The location was very convenient for us for personal reasons, but in fact the place is very close to the main communication lines of Istanbul (tram, metro) and both Sultanahmet and even Balat are within a walking distance. Breakfast is nominally since 8am, but we managed to get it a bit earlier upon request. There are many place to go out to eat in the vicinity.

Cons: The only problem, but this was NOT the fault of the hotel, was extremely loud music outside until 1am, perhaps from a club or so (it was on Friday night). Perhaps asking for a room not facing the street would not be a bad idea.

Excellent hotel in a good location

Pros: Excellent location close to metro/tram/bus. Very good staff. Clean and large rooms. No window in the family room that we initially booked. When I claimed they moved us immmediately to 2 other rooms. Breakfast is simple but adequate.

Cons: Beds could be more confortable.

Amazing!

Pros: - the staffs were very nice and helpful; they helped us loads our huge baggages - they upgraded our room; it is large and super clean so we were very impressed - the breakfast has a variety of selections that change slightly everyday - the location is in a calm area but still central (20’ to sultanahmet square, or near the tram to everywhere around the city)

Cons: I wish the hotel could have more fruits in the breakfast

Perfect choice and value for money for who's not spending much time in the hotel during their stay

Pros: - Lovely tiny room in a perfect location for hanging out and visit Istanbul - The personnel was extremely gentle and willing to give the customer a great experience - Clean and coozy

Cons: Breakfast food options have room for improvement, except for that everything was perfect / in line with expectations for the price
