Nice and well located hotel

Pros: Everybody in Hotel Yigitalp is very nice and helpful. Since our arrival we feel really very welcomed to the Hotel. Our room wasn't big, but was very neat and confortable. The breakfast is very good and different from one day to another in a restaurant on the top floor with nice views. The location is spot on, since is very near the metro station of Vezneciler and the tram station of Aksaray. Totally recomend for a stay.

Pros: The location was perfect and the staff gave excellent service.

Cons: I could hear noice from the other rooms and I could also hear water getting into the tanks in the bathroom from my bed.

Luxury at a good price

Pros: The room was spacious, a comfortable bed,clean , didn’t smell like smoke. The bathroom was clean and spacious. There was an ironing board in the room, complimenting tea, coffee and water. Breakfast was amazing and came with a good view. Very close to Aksaray tram station. Easy to access wifi

Cons: Check out was a bit unfriendly, they don’t ask if you used anything in the bar fridge. Instead they are quiet and call housekeeping and wait for them to confirm the room is fine. I understand why but this could be done in a more friendly manner.

Pros: The location was amazing, the hotel was extremely cleaned and well maintained. The reception and door staff were great and friendly. The breakfast was beautiful with a nice view

Cons: The rooms have very little sound proofing, the cleaners although they were nice there was a lot of outside noise and they kept coming to clean very early in the morning knocking loudly and came back again when told no cleaning required. It was a language barrier however cleaners should not be coming before 8/9am when patrons are in their room sleeping unless there’s a sign asking for cleaning.

it's worth it if you stay in any other room than 214

Pros: the hotel is beautiful, you have all the facilities, hearty breakfast, very nice staff

Cons: room 214 where we were accommodated is positioned between two elevators, the one for employees and the one for customers, and the noise is very loud. the windows are of poor quality so that any car, scooter, etc. can be heard. for these reasons we could not rest properly

Pros: The White Heaven Hotel was, without a doubt, the most hospitable hotel I have ever stayed in. From the very first moment, we felt genuinely welcomed. The breakfast was simply wonderful – extremely varied, fresh, and full of local flavours. Mr. Ismael, who manages the property, is truly remarkable. He helped us with everything we needed: arranging transfers to the airport and to the caves, and even recommending a fantastic local family-run restaurant, Oba Restaurant, which I also highly recommend – not only delicious but also very affordable. During our stay, he kindly offered us a beautiful magnet for the fridge and two glasses of local Pamukkale wine to taste. To our surprise, he even drove us personally to the travertines, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The hotel’s location is also excellent, within walking distance of the town centre and the travertine pools. I wholeheartedly recommend White Heaven Hotel – truly a five-star experience in terms of hospitality!

Cons: A bit too dark in the lobby but eco friendly probably 😁 don’t get me wrong, they just have so beautiful chandeliers and table lamps that it was said that they were turned off all the time.
