Decent Stay, but Improvements Are Needed
Pros: It is quite clean, the breakfast is satisfactory, and the hotel’s location is close to both the tram and bus stations, making it well connected to public transportation.
Cons: When we arrived at the hotel, within just ten minutes the reception staff asked us to give them a rating of 10, which made us feel uncomfortable at the very beginning of our stay. After we checked out, no one asked how our stay was or whether we were satisfied; they only repeated their request for a high rating. The bathroom has no ventilation, and the bathroom door is made of glass similar to a shower cabin door, just tinted. However, there are openings of a few centimeters on the sides, which significantly reduces privacy. The room also had no natural light because the building across from our window was only about half a meter away.

Comfy Hotel with good location
Pros: Very good location, nice hotel. The lobby is small but overall it’s a nice hotel. When we checked in early and receptionist ask which room do we want and he show us. All the receptionist were super friendly and helpful!
Cons: Unfortunately ,I think, that was a smoking room because you could smell it or someone illegally smoked inside previously.

Pros: I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Sorriso Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome and taken care of. A special thanks to Halit Yeysi, and Omar , who went above and beyond to assist me and ensure my stay was perfect. The hotel itself is beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly located. I couldn’t recommend it more for anyone visiting Istanbul!

Pros: I would like to extend my sincere thanks to the employee Omar who accommodated us from our arrival until our departure and was by our side in every detail. We also do not forget Moamer and Mirage who were very friendly employees and served us with all love. A wonderful stay. I was happy to book in this hotel, and I will repeat my booking again in that hotel.

Clean, safe, decent hotel
Pros: Very clean room, bedsheets, towels, our room was upgraded from triple to family room (a bigger one), thanks to our reception officer. Breakfast was good, hot dishes vary between days, the cold ones are the same. Not very happy with the coffee taste.
Cons: The area to/from tram station is under construction and it looks unattractive, but is not hotel fault. Personnel from breakfast is moving slowly to clean the used tables when guests are leaving the breakfast room, and if you don't have a free table you must clean up yourself 😯
