The breakfast was good , lots of variety. The swimming pool and sauna was a very good plus too . Location wise perfect f

Pros: Location wise , very at the centre of Istanbul city for shopping as tourism

Cons: The fact that I had to pay the hotel to get my luggage wrapped, this was not fair as I was expecting the hotel to be more helpful in that regard since lots of tourists comes there .

Pros: The hotel was excellent. especially the behaviour of staff. But the breakfast needs to he improved. Mr. Erol was very cooperative, and his support in every aspect was outstanding. The hotel must include transfer facility to airport as Turkey taxi and other transport are not reliable.

Cons: The breakfast doesn't have much of varieties.

Perfect stay

Pros: The rooms were comfortable. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the Grand Bazaar, which made exploring Istanbul so easy and convenient. I truly enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.
