Budget, confortable, friendly and honest staff ✌️

Pros: We had a great stay - as a budget option it was perfect for us. Yaşar is a nice, honest guy and offered us tea and asked if we ever needed anything to contact him. Location was great, we walked everywhere but the public transport options are nearby and easy to access. We stayed three nights and would recommend to anyone who wants a good budget option in this area. Complaints I read about noise were interesting, you’re in a city so I don’t know why some guests are surprised. It also wasn’t that noisy for us? We had the balcony room so you had to take stairs to the fourth floor but it was nice to see the birds and the sky. Wifi was on the back of our door, check out was simple. Also know! Booking.com is banned in Türkiye so you will be asked to pay when you arrive with card or cash. I was confused at this but realised this is how it is

Cons: My only recommendation would to be to have some coffee sachets (nestle) in the rooms so we can have coffee with the kettle. But I’m sure if I asked Yaşar he would’ve offered me some :)

LOW PRICE, GOOD SERVICE Don't expect a Hilton at this price

Pros: I booked a one-day stay at the hotel. I liked it so much that I stayed for another five days. The location is fantastic, just a minute from the metro and tram lines and within walking distance of all the tourist attractions. It's truly impossible to find a hotel like this for this price. I recommend it to everyone. As a woman, I stayed in a truly safe hotel. Erdoğan was very helpful and responsive to all my questions. I will definitely be back.

Comfortable and great host

Pros: Great location and excellent value for money. Exceptionally kind and welcoming host. The place was comfortable and had everything I needed. My 4-year-old daughter and I felt very much at home and safe.

Pros: Spacious room , near metro station , attentive receptionist. Budget friendly . For the price you’re winning! The only thing to know is this is up the stairs and no lift but given the price it’s fair.

Great location, nice room, the kindest staff

Pros: Location is great, close to the Metro and to the main attraction. Room was clean and almost new. The staff was always extremely friendly and available, delicious Turkish coffee :) I would recomend this place much specially because of the location and kindness of the staff. The stairs were not a problem for me (I was on the 3rd floor and also the staff helped me with the bags when I arrived and when I left, very kind of them, thank you!) but be aware that there is no lift.

Cons: Unfortunatly it was very dificult for me to sleep due to the noise that comes from the street (trafic, people on the street, at every hour) even when I dont have a light sleep. It is not Kings Hotel fault but maybe investing in better noise insulated windows would be a good idea. This is the only reason why I would not stay there again, because all the rest was really good!

Pros: Friendly, helpful and professional staff! Daily cleaning of the room, and everything was perfectly adapted to our pleasant and comfortable stay. The location is perfect, especially for those guests who use public transport during their stay in Istanbul.

istanbul - long time gone

Pros: Owner was very helpful from the moment we booked. He arranged transfers and a taxi on the return day. Room cleaned everyday if required - or not if you fancy a lay in... Location was perfect for us as it was on the Asian side, so was more 'local' and perfect for what we wanted to experience. Amazing food in and around the area too, aswel as a local supermarket. Highly recommend and will be back next year

Cons: Absolutely nothing. Perfect if youre happy with a budget stay.
