Pros: The hotel's excellent location near Istanbul's landmarks. The room was clean and serviced daily. The staff was very friendly. Excellent breakfasts.

Pros: We had booked 3 rooms in Hotel Sureyya for our 3 nights stay in Istanbul. The location of the hotel is exceptional as it is at walking distance to the tram and the metro station. The hosts were very kind and helpful. Special thanks to their restaurant team who were very kind to arrange for vegetarian breakfast as requested. Rooms provided were comfortable and value for money.

Cons: Only two glasses of water were provided in the refrigerator. They could have arranged for a water filter so that guests could refill their water bottles. We purchased drinking water bottles from a neighborhood store and managed.

Really good value for money. Modest place but very clean and an amazing location.

Pros: Location was amazing. Very close to T1 tram and Veznecilar Metro station. You can get to any place very quickly.

Pros: This hotel has a friendly and highly qualified staff who will do everything for the convenience of guests. I would especially like to mention Adam, who introduced us to local customs and cuisine. He is a great conversationalist, speaking many languages. Also g reetings and best wishes to Kaya. The excellent location of the hotel allowed us to quickly get to local attractions. I recommend this hotel to all tourists.

Pros: Large good quality variety provided for breakfast, to suit both local and foreign tastes. Excellent location, close to Vezniceler metro and Laleli tram, giving easy access to the whole city, the boat stations, and the airports. All staff (concierge / breakfast waiting staff / room maids) very kind, polite and helpful. Our room was cleaned and made up every day. Good value for money.
