Pisa Hotel

Great hotel in a great place

Pros: Had a great stay in the historical part of the city! Very convenient location to visit historical landmarks of Istanbul like Hagia Sophia Mosque, Grand Bazaar and old Hamams. Metro and tram stations are in 3-5 minute walks, so you basically can get to any place in the city quite fast. Lots of cafes and restaurants around, though they tend to be expensive in the immediate vicinity of the hotel in Laleli. Though it was always the same, the breakfast was quite good and tasty. Considering the prices for food in the city, it is a blessing. The room was clean, comfortable and the hotel staff showed me great hospitality. Had a great stay in the hotel Pisa!

Calm and Cosy!

Pros: The overall experience was very good. The staff is active and very friendly, always willing to help. The breakfast was rich in variety and had a very good quality. We also got a surprise gift on the new year eve from the hotel management, it was really heart-warming. The location is very central and the neighbourhood is peaceful and quite. Trams are available within five minutes walk which opens up lots of opportunities. Though we recommends to do a little walk around to explore splendid views of the ocean. We would highly recommend the Hotel especially for Families with children.

Pros: The breakfast was nice, very good location, friendly staff.

Cons: I had some problems with the room. The soap dispener was wrong, and the hotel hasn't repaired until the end of my stay, the fridge was dirty as I arrived in the room. By the breakfast wasn't any fruit juice.

We had good time except the temperature due to no heating in the room in winters.

Pros: The location, breakfast and transport connectivity.

Cons: I booked a family suite for another 4 nights because friends were joining in the following day. They allocated a room with malfunction heating system in mid-December. We compliant thrice and they said they will check and fix it. But they don’t so we kept silent until it started raining and we needed heating. We asked for any temporarily solution for one last night in Istanbul but they had no alternative. They had only silence and apology to offer.

Our stay was spoilt only because we had to pack and unpack for the single night stay in a twin bed.

Pros: The staff were friendly. The breakfast has variety and the area is well connected via public transport.

Cons: The allocate room without checking for defects. Tired from travel, I settled in the allocated room only to realise the sink was blocked in the washroom. On complaint, the manager assigned a new room for the night. We had to pack again and move into a different room.

We stayed for 9 days and had a wonderful experience.

Pros: We found the location near all points of interest. We could walk or make use of public transport whenever we wanted. The tram station is less than 5 minutes' walk from the hotel. Aras and his team were very friendly and always helpful. The breakfast is very good and was included in the room rate. We can recommend Hotel Pisa and will visit it again in future.
