Great location, service and buffet !

Pros: It was amazing stay in the heart of Istambul. The hotel exceeded my expectations. No way ?! Yes, the breakfast is served as a buffet and it's great ! The cleaning makes every day. Personal are very kindly, friendly, helpful and sociable. This hotel definitely costs it money and I will be realy glad to come back here again. Thank you very much for everything ! ))

Pros: Everything was perfect: the location, the amazing and very helpful staff, understanding, etc.

Cons: The room was cleaned every day, but I would recommend changing the towels at least every two days. Everything else was perfect.

Pros: The facilita was clean and near de center of the Town. The breakfast was enough but not varried.(the coffee is only ness). Every day they clean the room. The room has also a refrigerator. The price was very Good for the location.

Cons: The size of the room...it was small and also the bathroom. They say they have parking but in fact the parking has to be payed in a commercial place.

Pros: The host was lovely, very kind and attentive. Room was small but clean, breakfast was good and plentiful. Area is very quiet at night. Overall tip-top experience!

Cons: Beds were not the most comfy (gave us both some morning back pain), but it may be subjective. Also, curtains weren't able to provide pitch darkness which I personally appreciate.

I was well impressed by this trip and my stay at the Metrohill Hotel. I recommend to all.

Pros: The hotel has an excellent location, in the very center of Laleli. The metro is nearby, you can get to any part of Istanbul with ease. The hotel itself is very clean and comfortable, has everything you need. The rooms were cleaned every day. The staff is very friendly, they were always ready to help us with any question. They suggested what to do nearby and where the best locations were. Special thanks for the very hearty and delicious breakfast.

Pros: Lovely staff members who were accommodating. Breakfast was well sufficient for our needs. Great value and a good base for exploring the city.

Pros: convenient location, tramway, trains, all within walking distance. Breakfast very rich, eggs, milk, juice, salad, cereals, bread, butter, jam, Nutella, etc….(though not self service). stuff were polite and helpful. Clean room

Cons: the room was a little small, but I was by myself so not too bothered
