Pros: The breakfast had little variety, but it was acceptable. The location was good for transport links and even walking around the main tourist area. There wasn't much noise in the hallway leading to the rooms.

Cons: The room cleaning could be better, specifically in the bathroom; the shower door didn't close completely, and the carpet next to the bathroom was a little wet.

Pros: The bed linen and towels were snow-white, freshly ironed, and perfectly clean. The room was comfortable, and the staff kindly accommodated us with a late check-out at 2 PM. The hammam and sauna added a relaxing touch to the stay.

Cons: The view from the terrace was of an untidy atrium, the Wi-Fi was unstable, and the wardrobe was very small.

It was a pleasure to stay here, and I will gladly recommend this place to everyone.

Pros: The location is excellent, with the Grand Bazaar, mosques, restaurants, and public transport (Metro line M2 and Tram T1) all within easy reach. The hotel is very clean and beautifully maintained, with a varied and delicious breakfast. The host is extremely kind and helpful, and the area feels peaceful and safe.

Cons: The only downsides were the lack of a hanger for towels or jackets, and the TV, which only had a few news channels.

Pros: Staff were friendly and at service, breakfast was good and the location is in the center of the city near all the transports, The room was clean and they change towels every day, comfortable beds

Cons: I wished we had blankets in the room as the air conditioning is a bit cold, some noise from the air conditioning motors cause the window directly opens on the patio where the engines are but it's ok

Pros: The staff was extremely friendly, understanding and accommodating. You get 15min of free sauna and Turkish bath every day. The hotel is very central in the Fatih area, and is extremely close to a metro station.

Cons: The rooms are tiny, barely enough room to walk or leave your stuff around, making it almost impossible to spend time in the room.

Pros: I was extremely pleased with my stay at this hotel! The location is excellent – just a few minutes’ walk from the metro station, which made getting around Istanbul very convenient. The room was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The staff was amazing – always smiling, kind, and ready to help. I felt very welcome from the very first moment. I would happily stay here again!

Pros: Informed the staff I was coeliac and if there were any gluten free options for breakfast. The replied quickly via message. At the hotel they had prepared a dish specially for me. The staff showed me the dishes I could have and the ones I couldn't. Top quality service.

Cons: Shower flooded the bathroom.
