Pros: They welcomed me when I checked in with friendly faces and hospitality specially Mr. Mohammad Youssif In the reception . He is in appropriate position I wish the best for him It was an enjoyable stay, quite place and good service And this was not my first stay in this hotel & i will come back again & again 😊 Regards ----- I will visit again

Pros: The cleanliness and the staff specialy Fatih and the chef Ramy who helped us in every thing and we felt like at home. We really liked the place and we will come back again.

Cons: The internet was weak and was disconnecting alway. The tv should include channels with different languages.

Pros: It was clean exceptionally, the staff was kind and supportive, the breakfasts were until 10:30am during weekend yet, they keep serving guests kindly who arrive even at/after 10:30am. It was an overall exceptionally satifactory stay for us.

Cons: Nothing at all. Maybe the paid SPA services could be a little cheaper.

Fabiolous location and rooms with a nice swimming pool and pool bar. The staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful.

Pros: The location Clean Tidy Swimming pool Very helpful staff

Cons: Breakfast was good but could be better in terms of variety. It will be better if they would serve omelette eggs. Consider replacing bed pillows with more comforting ones.

الصراحه مكان حلو وبعيد عن الازعاج وحلو للاسترخاء

Pros: المكان جميل كان الغرفه الكبيره اتكون في الطابق الارضي بس حمامها برع والغرفتين الي فوق صغيره بس مع حمام داخل.. المكان جميل للاسترخاء والريوق حلو بس طبعا لاتتخيلون وايد اصناف بس الحمدالله يشبع وحلو .. المكان سيفتي للمشي مع الاطفال والجلوس خارجا .. الحمامات كبيره والشاور بوكس كبير والجمات تتبطل في الفيلا لدخول الهواء

Cons: الدرج للاعلى شوي متعب للاطفال لازم يحاسبون في الطلعه والنزلة .. مرات عندهم نظاف فليل بروحه المكيف يتحول دفايه

Pros: أجمل مكان ممكن تسكنه فيه في صبنجة، ماتحتاج مواصلات تطلع من الفندق يمينك دومينوز بيتزا ومطاعم مشاوي وحلويات وفي مول صغير نهاية الشارع،الموظفين خدومين اي شي تطلبه يوصلونه لك مجانا للغرفة ماء قهوة تركي سرير اضافي ، عاملة النظافة احضرت لنا كيس نسيناه وقت المغادرة
