Calm and pleasant stay integrated with nature

Pros: The nature of the place is great. The rooms are nice. The restaurant breakfast was great.

Cons: The toilet and shower needed some maintenance and better cleaning. As this hotel is in the middle of nature, do expect some frogs and insects to roam around. To be honest, we only found 1 little bug in the shower. Other than that, the room was clean.

Loved it. Will definitely stay again there.

Pros: Very quiet and peaceful place surrounded by nature. Great breakfast. And excellent staff on all levels starting from the welcoming manager who speaks good Arabic and all the other staff in the restaurant and others in the hotel. They made our stay unique and unforgettable.

Cons: Nothing actually all was great. Restaurant close at 8:30 or 8:00 that was a bit early for us. If it can be closed or at least add room service only till 10:00 it will be a plus. But even if it doesn't change, I will stay again there as I was extremely happy with everything.

Relaxing stay surrounded by the amazing nature.

Pros: I liked the Nature, the rooms, and the food Especially breakfast was very good The fire place in the room was very good and give us warm feeling.

Cons: Some of the staff need to be more friendly and welcoming, there are some of them friendly and very nice, and another little some are the opposite, they let you feel you are not welcomed, I don’t know why?! I don’t like to mention names. I hope next time we don’t feel the same isA, cause we love this place very much and this was our second visit. I also didn’t like the dinner prices, it’s above average.

Pros: كوخ خشبي يتكون من غرفة ماستر بحمام داخلي وغرفة نوم تتكون من ثلاث أسرة وتلفاز في الصالة والماستر وثلاجة صغيرة. المكيف في غرفة الماستر والصالة. المنطقة باردة وكنا نضطر لإغلاق المكيف. الفطور رائع مع وجود الشلال والمناظر الطبيعية في المنتجع تغنيك عن الذهاب لمعشوقيه والبحث عن شلالات التي لن تجدها الا بعد دفع المال .

Cons: الواي فاي ضعيف جداً،وجود حمام واحد في غرف الزوجين مما يضطر الابناء لطرق الباب كل ما اردوا الدخول ،جناح عائلي يفترض وجود اثنتان من دورة المياه،المكان بعيد عن وسط المدينه،كانت مواقف السيارة مظلمة ولم تتم إضاءتها. التجول فقط في وقت النهار بعد المغيب لاتستطيع التجول في المنتجع والإستفادة من مرافقه.

Pros: المنتجع جميل جداً وهدوء والشلال يعبر خلاله العاملين في الغرف جداً جداً جداً طيبين ومحترمين ويتجاوبوا بسرعة لأي طلب 👍🏻

Cons: اللغة تعبنا معاهم شوي لكن استخدمنا مترجم قوقل ومشي الحال، الحجز تبعي مع الفطور لمدة اسبوع شخصين كبار وطفلين اول يوم حاسبوني على علبتين موية يقولوا ليست من ضمن الحجز 😊 والعصيرات للأطفال ليست من ضمن مع الحجز.

Pros: كل شيء جميل في الكوخ حتى الطاقم والمطعم ايضا ... انصح فيه

Cons: الكهرباء عندهم ضعيفه لا يمكن لك تشغيل شاحن الجوال عن طريق التوصيلة لابد فقط بالرأس الشاحن فقط
