Comfortable, reliable, awesome place to stay.

Pros: Staff support and comfort level was awesome. I had no electrical plugs that fits in the facility but counter staff provided me gladly and it saved the life of my cell phone. Property was clean and comfortable. Mr Osman helped and arranged my very late check in smooth at the mid night around 00:35 hrs beyond my expectations. Hats off to the staff like Mr Osman.

Cons: All nicely managed.

A value for money and nice stay

Pros: I had read the bad reviews and was worried, but this hotel is really nice. The room was lovely and the location is excellent. It’s also very good value for money.

Cons: The bathroom was fine, but a little dated. However, clean and spacious.

Pros: Tesis çok güzel çalışanlar çok ilgili her şeye koşuşturdular. Müsaitlik durumunda sizi hiç rahatsız etmeden çıkışla ilgili sorun yaşamazsınız Özellikle Mehmet beye ilgi alakasından dolayı teşekkür ederim.

Clean, comfortable and delicious breakfast!

Pros: Genius profil ile kahvaltı ayrıcalığını tattım fakat resepsiyon bunu bilmiyordu. Biraz uğraştırdı ve booking'e girdiğinde kahvaltının rezervasyona dahil olduğunu gördü ve sorun çözüldü. Oldukça anlayışlı ve güleryüzlü personeller var. Oda temiz ve yatak oldukça rahattı. Memnun kaldım. Her şey için teşekkürler :)

Eine schöne Woche in schöner Umgebung

Pros: Freundliches Personal . Das Hotel ist gemütlich, viel ist in Pinienholz gehalten, wie man es öfters in der Türkei findet. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis fand ich absolut gut.

Cons: Wenn man mit einigen Kleinigkeiten (das Hotel ist halt schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen) Klarkommt, und das tue ich, gibt es eigentlich Nix zu meckern. Den überdrüber Luxusaufenthalt kann man bei diesem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht erwarten

Pros: Frau Neṣe und Herr Yusuf waren super freundlich! Sehr herzliche Menschen und sehr bemüht die Wünsche der Gäste zu erfüllen! Das Frühstück wurde auch immer mit viel Liebe hergerichtet! Ich wünsche alle die in diesem Hotel arbeiten alles Gute und wir werden bestimmt mal auf einen Besuch wieder kommen:-) Liebe Grüße Sarah und Gökhan

Wunderschöner Ort am Schwarzmeer, komme insallah wieder :)

Pros: Die Lage ist zentral und das Zimmer sauber und herzig eingerichtet. Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Leckeres Frühstück, auf meine Extrawünsche wurde eingegangen. PP in unmittelbarer Nähe vorhanden.
