Fantastic Place to stay in Istanbul

Pros: Nice hotel with a lovely poolside view from the Room. Location is perfect to roam around Istanbul with T1 right across the road. Staff members were polite and helpful to accommodate all our requests . Specially to make the booking for 5th December when the hotel was almost full but the kind reception team made it possible for us . Excellent customer service. Really appreciated how much comfortable environment they made it for our two weeks stay. I have experienced a cosy, safe and delightful place to enjoy my holidays .

Excellent Hotel

Pros: Very Nice Hotel, Location is perfect. Room was spacious and clean facing poolside. Shower with good water pressure. Reception staff members very cooperative and helpful specially Ergun, his customer service was exceptional throughout our stay. He helped us with Room allocation and luggage storage. Very Good and comfortable place to stay in Istanbul.

Pros: It is away from the busy area but the Tram Station is just next door making transportation really cool. The customer service officer recognise me by name which we don't get very often. Well done guys.

Nice hotel to stay in Istanbul

Pros: The hotel location is perfect for us. The cleanlines is also excellent. The staff are friendly.

Cons: Feedback: 1. Internet connection is sometimes stopped. 2. No Turkish coffee/tea at breakfast. We are in Turkey anyway! 3. It happened that the water is stopped without warning

Overall my stay was very pleasant

Pros: The hote was nice and very clean the staff at the desk spoke well English. Our room way nice and clean and my partner was allowed to smoke . We opted out from breakfast as we didn’t want to wake up early

Cons: If your going shopping it about 40 minute walk to Fatih and 15/20 minute taxi ride although the tram is right outside very quick and cheap.
