Eresin Hotels Topkapı

Pros: Very nice hotel, with big rooms, clean, in a perfect location, with a tram stop just 2 steps away, helpful staff, very rich breakfast. I highly recommend it. I come to Istanbul often and I always stay here.

Pros: We stayed a total of 5 nights. Room was great. Quiet. Clean. Like the layout with Twin beds. Very comfortable beds. Room service was good. Replenish our drinks daily. Spread at the breakfast of local delights is delicious. The best that the hotel offers is the high standard of staff service. My sister and I arrived late on a wet and cold night ( 1.20am flight). We were welcomed warmly by EROL, staff on duty at the reception. He patiently explained all that we need to know about the hotel and how to move around Istanbul. Another staff to be commended is the waiter at the restaurant. His name is SOBON, an Indoneisan. Good service. I apologise that I did not take down the names of the gentlemen who helped us with the luggage bags, gave an Istankul bus card to us and helped us with borrowing umbrellas when it rained. A big thank you! Eresin hotel Topkapi is fortunate to have such good service staff. Thank you!

Cons: The location. A little out from the main attractions. However, there is a tram line just outside the hotel which is a plus to the hotel. Price is a little too high for the room.

Will be staying on this hotel for 5 nights. Comfortable room. Good service.

Pros: Erol, the receptionist welcomed us warmly when we arrived at 2am on a wet and cold night. His good service made us feel comforted and at home. The next day, Sadewa the waiter attended to us at the restaurant. He was patient and helpful. Excellent service from these staff. 👍 Bed and pillows are very comfortable. Room is spacious and warm. Location is good with tram station just outside the hotel. Convenient.

Cons: A little far from sights. Not within walking distance. But the convenience of public transport made up for it.

Pros: Right opposite to the tram station. Excellent breakfast spread .

Cons: The amenities were not as one would expect in a 5 star . They were like a 3 star hotel . The safe wasn’t working and they didn’t replace even after complaining .

Overall, I enjoyed my stay

Pros: The food from room service was very nice. The staff members Emre and Aykuti were very lovely and helpful throughout the stay. The location was perfect for the outings we did. Really liked the hotel.

Cons: The view of my room was literally someone else’s home which wasn’t ideal.

Pros: We had to book our stay at Eresin Hotel Topkapi separately because of the unforeseen with Morocco trip that had to be cancelled. But with all the stress, staffs at Eresin hotel especially Arkut and everyone from the front desk are super helpful and we are sure to come back to Eresin Hotel Topkapi again, the pool, sauna and hamman are nice and clean. Location is great for quite area but not too far to Sultanhamet by Tramway which jave station just outside the hotel.

Cons: Would be nice to have a small fridge in the room
