We enjoyed the stay very much
Pros: Very comfortable apartment in a great neighbourhood full of cafes, restaurants and small shops. Not far from tram station and busses. Good communication with owners and they were helpful with info and booking of taxi for airport. We very much enjoyed our stay and hope to be back one day 😊

Pros: Beautiful and spacious apartment in a lovely neighbourhood. Mehmet was always quick to reply and resolve any issues. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. I don't get the complaints some reviews have regarding there only being busses nearby. There's a tram station right next to the bus station, using this tram will take you to the spice market, from where you can very easily jump on another tram to go to the other tourist attractions. Take it in the other direction and it'll take you in the direction of Istanbul airport (2 easy transfers). The tram was never crowded or uncomfortable. Also, Balat is really nice to explore with good restaurants (mainly Turkish) and we much preferred it to Karakoy or Taksim area.
Cons: The only downside was that because it's an old building it's relatively easy to hear the neighbours who were fighting a couple of nights. I'm a light sleeper so I had to use earplugs a few times.

Great stay. Good location
Pros: Owner, mehmet,was very helpful and kept in touch with me.Apartment on second floor,balcony overlooking the street was great. 10 mins walk from tram station

Pros: Lokalizacja super, blisko środków komunikacji miejskiej, balkon z widokiem, pralka, suszarka do ubrań i do włosów, klimatyzacja i ogrzewanie, właściwie wszystko co było nam potrzebne jest
Cons: Słychać było wszystkie rozmowy i ruchy sąsiadów, okno w łazience niedomykające się i bez żadnej zasłonki, ciśnienie wody pod prysznicem słabe, a jeśli ktoś inny w budynku korzystał z łazienki w tym samym czasie - zanikające całkowicie, ekspres do kawy - zapewne po poprzednich gościach - z pleśniejącymi fusami w środku, pościel i ręczniki niedoprane, sofa i łóżko wyrobione i zapadające się

Удобное мнстоположение и уютное жильё
Pros: Хорошее местоположение, рядом магазины, остановка трамвая. В квартире есть необходимая посуда, удобный матрац, принадлежности для душа, меня встретила подруга хозяина, все объяснила на русском языке. В квартире очень тепло и уютно, сделан ремонт.
Cons: 1. Шумно. Квартира #1 расположена у самой входной двери, на которой нет доводчика: в итоге она очень громко хлопает, днем без разницы, но ночью просыпаешься несколько раз. 2. Я бы заменил посудомоечную машину, на стиральную. 3. В санузле совсем нет места, где разместить принадлежности, неплохо бы миниполку над имеющейся минираковиной. В душе тоже сильно не хватало куда поставить шампунь. В общем-то все минусы не критичны, поэтому могу сказать, что мне понравилось

Pros: Everything was extremely pleasant. The location helped easily immerse into the Turkish traditional atmosphere, lots of places to eat, to enjoy exploring, a walking distance to many great places to visit.

Angolo lettura nel bovindo
Pros: Nonostante sia un quartiere residenziale molto vivace di giorno, mi ha sorpreso la tranquillità che lo avvolge dalla sera alla mattina. Dotato di lavatrice e lavastoviglie e dell'essenziale in cucina, è un appartamento comodo. Ho apprezzato il bovindo, adibito ad angolo lettura. In strada ci sono varie attività commerciali tra cui panetterie molto buone. A 10 minuti a piedi ci sono tram, autobus e traghetto.
Cons: La pulizia lascia a desiderare: pavimento sporco, polvere, terrazzo posteriore quasi inaccessibile.. Le stoviglie sono inutilizzabili.
