Stanbul House

A genuinely lovely apartment to stay at, definitely recommended

Pros: Genuinely lovely and friendly hosts, responded fast to all sorts of questions and were very helpful . The apartment was cozy, spotlessly clean and the small kitchen was filled with little welcome treats like wine, biscuits etc. Lively district, close to restaurants, supermarket, public transport etc. And not to forget a wonderful roof terrace.

Cons: the only drawback might be that the house is not particularly soundproof (as is common with these kind of older houses), i.e. you're likely to hear all sounds from adjacent apartments, but still, in general, at nighttime quiet for restful sleeping.

Pros: Great apartment with nice rooftop and lovely neighbourhood close to transport, shops, groceries and quiet. Very nice hosts friendly and helpful.

Pros: Location was very good, it's easy to reach every part of Istanbul by local transport from that place. Very nice district with lots of restaurants and cafes. The beds were comfortabe. The host was very nice and kind.

Will come back again.

Pros: Exquisite! An authentic place outside of Istanbul touristy areas, but with superb links to all sights. Will come back again.

Pros: Everything was clean. Comfortable bed, excellent shower, kitchen had everything I needed, and wonderful balcony.

Pros: Stanbul House was simply a perfect place to stay in Balat, Istanbul. Hosts are extremely thoughtful and have thought of everything - from lovely interior design to little bits and pieces that made us feel welcomed (bottle of wine, coffee and multiple coffee machines, toiletries, first aid kit, veru well thought-through leaflet with guidance and recommendations that helped us instantly to know where the best green grocer is, where to eat, what to do in case of emergency). The apartament was very comfortable for 3 adults (I stayed there with my parents), the rooftop terrace - beautiful. Great value for money + added value of just brilliant, kind and thoughtful hosts.

Cons: I loved everything - A to Z.

Una casa confortevole in un quartiere autentico

Pros: Il quartiere Balat è molto gradevole. La casa è silenziosa perché si trova in una strada piccola. Nelle vicinanze è possibile trovare supermercati, fornai e ristoranti. La fermata del tram T5 è vicina. È possibile utilizzare la bella terrazza sul tetto, che è stata arredata con tavoli, sedie e divani. È possibile utilizzare la lavatrice. Il proprietario è molto gentile.

Pros: Unfassbar gute Unterkunft in einem wunderschönen Viertel Istanbuls. Wohnung ist genial und super ausgestattet, Waschmaschine und Trockner im Keller und nette Terrasse zum Essen und abhängen auf dem Dach. Der Host, Sencer, hat uns wärmstens empfangen, war immer erreichbar, hat uns gut beraten und man sollte auch unbedingt seine Pizzeria Pizzarotti in der Nähe besuchen. Absolute Empfehlungen unsererseits. Sollten wir wieder in Istanbul sein, wird diese Unterkunft unsere erste Anlaufstelle sein.

Fantastyczny

Pros: Wyjątkowe miejsce w sercu Balatu. Przystanek tramwajowy oddalony o kilka kroków, główna ulica ze sklepikami i restauracjami tuż za rogiem. Do tego wyjątkowy gospodarz:) nie mogliśmy lepiej trafić
