Can't wait to be back to Istanbul!
Pros: I stayed for 8 nights and Murat was attentive, polite and respectful and was helpful each time I needed help with anything. The place is right in the middle of a tourist location so there are lots of restaurants, cafes, and shops to browse during your stay here. There is also a guided tour with Guruwalk around the Balat and Fener area which is full of its own history and architecture. There are supermarkets nearby as well. I love this location for the little buzzing from the crowd at the end of the road in the evenings so it's not too quiet at night. And it is absolutely easy to get around. I have taken the ferry, the tram, the bus and walked to different destinations from the apartment during my stay.
Cons: If you plan to stay here, do note that it is a walk-up only! :) So, huge luggages may be a problem if you are travelling alone. Wi-fi can be intermittent at times but Murat is always available via WhatsApp to assist. If you are particular, the occasional sewage smell may be a problem, but I was out all day and always kept my window open for ventilation.

Pros: Everything in the apartment was new and fresh and the location is perfect for staying at Fatih. Balat is the popular destination for tourists and lovers of Turkish dramas so the vibe is also good there.

Pros: We absolutely loved the area! There is lots of small restaurants around the place, also the water front, famous coloured houses of Balat and a tram station are really close. Murat the owner was most helpful and kept contact with us all the time. There is wifi, a hair dryer and an iron in the apartment, which was really important for us. Also, there is fully equipped kitchen area there for those who want to cook themselves.
Cons: Something at the kitchen area, we couldn't tell exactly was it fridge or a sink, was slightly stinking of a sewage. The smell wasn't so bad while we kept windows open, and I'm not sure if the owner can fix it himself, seemed it's the problem of an old building. Anyway, it didn't ruin our vacation but could be a problem for someone else.

Um lugar de sonhos para mim né tudo maravilhoso eu indico
Pros: Eu gostei de tudo da acomodação foi o esperado localidade excelente perto de tudo meu ponto de vista Foi tudo maravilhoso eu daria nota 10 tudo perfeito quando eu voltar em Istambul gostaria de ficar no mesmo lugar que eu estive na mesma acomodação é isso amei tudo!!

Dobra jakość w stosunku do ceny
Pros: Dobra lokalizacja obiektu, niedaleko jest przystanek tramwajowy, w okolicy dużo restauracji i sklepów. Obiekt był czysty, schludny. Łóżko wygodne, dwa duże okna dzięki czemu pokój był jasny i przytulny. Na prośbę właściciel doposażył nas w brakującą suszarkę, za co dziękuję. Za tą cenę naprawdę super pobyt 🙂
Cons: Brak kawy mimo dostepnego ekspresu do kawy, czajnik elektryczny nie działał oraz żelazko. W nocy w budynkach obok ktoś palił w piecu śmieciami, pierwszej nocy cały dym wpadł nam do pokoju przez co nie mogliśmy spać bo się dusiliśmy... To najgorsze wspomnienie z tego pobytu, więc lepiej zamykać okna na wieczór...

Pros: My friend and I really enjoyed the stay. The studio had all we needed, even a hair dryer and an iron. A big plus was the self-check in, which meant we were not tied to a specific time for checking in. The location is fantastic, full of cozy café's and amazing brunch places. The host was however the best - I suffered a fracture during my trip in Istanbul and he took me to the hospital and interpreted for me, all free of charge. Thank you so much for showing the Turkish hospitality!

Pros: 1. Идеальное расположение! Балат - наверное, самый красивый и комфортный для жизни район Стамбула. Очень атмосферно, вокруг множество классных кафе, до центра буквально 30 минут пешком или 10 на трамвае - при этом ночью абсолютно тихо и спокойно. 2. Наша студия была на последнем этаже, оттуда открывался потрясающий вид на Золотой Рог, противоположный его берег, Галатскую башню. 3. В студии все новое - мебель, техника, посуда, халаты. Есть почти все необходимое. Интерьер очень приятный.
Cons: Два маленьких пожелания: 1. Купить хоть какой-нибудь нож 2. Повесить штору на маленькое окно - оно прямо напротив кровати и выходит на восток, так что когда в 6.30 утра вставало солнце, спать получалось плохо)
