Soggiorno piacevole e riposante soprattutto per anziani, ma poco attrattivo per dei giovani.

Pros: Appartamento molto spazioso, arredato in modo piacevole e funzionale e dotato di lavatrice e lavapiatti. Molto bello e curato il giardino.

Cons: La mancanza di un referente sul posto: ogni rapporto è avvenuto tramite WA e sistemi automatici; il giardino con un tavolino e una sola sedia, nonostante fossimo in 3. Qualche problema nello scarico dell'acqua.
