Good stay

Pros: The staff was quite good, and breakfast had a lot of choices. in general hotel worth to stay

Cons: The cap for entering pool was payable, and that was never highlighted. Air conditioning system was not quite in working condition as expected.

Pros: All was well except some minor issues explained below.

Cons: There was no toilet brush in the bathroom. Too many light switches and difficult to control and to put lights on. Bathroom door is worn out. Could not find safe.

Clean and friendly

Pros: The hotel staff was very friendly, and the hotel was beautiful and clean. As a regular Marriott customer, we were given a room upgrade. The food was delicious and varied.

Cons: The room wasn't cleaned properly (there weren't enough towels, the windows were dirty inside the room, and the curtains were practically torn off. However, the manager who came to our breakfast apologized and quickly arranged for proper cleaning, and the problem was corrected). We are grateful for the response. Even if there are some shortcomings in the hotel's operation, the staff quickly responds and corrects them.

Marriott Hotel Şişli is THE place to stay….your expectations will be surpassed…try it.

Pros: Breakfast was superb. Varieties and excellent tastes did it for me. The roasted salmon and fried eggs were my favourites. The mint tea and coffee were excellent.

Cons: Still thinking of this because everything exceeded my expectations.
