Pros: The room is very clean and cozy, equipped with induction stove, cuttleries and washing machine. The staffs were very kind, friendly and helpful (Muazz, Majed nad Erhan). It is also located near Cevahi shopping mall. You can also find many restaurants nearby which are walking distance. We are the first Malaysian to stay here 😀

Pros: The place is wonderful. All the rooms are quite spacious, and the staff are amazing. Everything is as described and shown on the photos. Hospitality was on another level. One of my best stays in Istanbul.

Very convenient and comfortable stay with wonderful staff.

Pros: We were in Istanbul on official business and the facilities were very convenient in terms of proximity to the venue and price. On top of this, the boys at the reception were exceptionally kind and polite.

Cons: We didn’t spend a lot of time in the room, so we didn’t see anything we didn’t like.

Pros: We stayed at this apart-hotel and were overall very satisfied. We chose it for its convenient location in the Şişli area — it's a bit far from the main sights on foot, but there's a metro station just a 2-minute walk away. Within a couple of stops, you can easily reach the Bosphorus, Taksim, or Galata etc. The hotel doesn’t offer breakfast, but food is never a problem in Istanbul, and the rooms are equipped with a kitchen and everything you need. The hotel is recently renovated, with daily cleaning. Some renovation work was still ongoing in certain areas, but it didn’t affect our two-week stay at all. Special thanks to the manager, Ercan, for his helpfulness and attentive attitude. A great choice for those who need to stay in Şişli and additionaly explore the city!

Pros: We had a really pleasant stay at your hotel! The peaceful environment, great location—especially being close to the metro—and the flat entrance made our stay very comfortable, especially since we were traveling with an elderly guest. We’d like to sincerely thank the management and the kind, cooperative staff, especially Mr. Ahmad, Ibrahim, Muaz, and Mohammad, as well as the other team members we didn’t directly interact with. We truly hope the quality of service remains just as high in the future, and that prices stay balanced and affordable as much as possible Wishing continued success to your great team—hope to see you again in the future!

Cons: The only negative point, which may have been specific to our unit, was the awkward position of the kitchen faucet. It was difficult to reach while washing dishes, putting strain on the back and causing discomfort. We mentioned this to the staff as a friendly suggestion.

Kindness and Comfort and good location

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect, but the best part was the amazing staff—especially Ebrahim ,Ahmad and Mua. They were incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to help. Any time we needed something, they brought it quickly and with a smile. One night my father got sick, and the staff were so supportive—they called an ambulance right away and stayed with us to help. I’m truly thankful. This hotel made our trip very comfortable and memorable. Highly recommended!

Cons: Nothing, everything was perfect

Pros: It was very clean; room, bathroom and especially dishes. Very helpfull staff, excellent location. Just have to get used to litle vibrations and sound sometimes when heavy vechicles pass by the street.
