Great hotel, clean rooms and helpful staff. Easy for 1 night.

Pros: Great welcome with arrival drinks and free upgrade, bags were taken to room which was a lovely touch! Comfortable and clean hotel. We had breakfast which wasn’t great for hot options but did a job. Easy location as not in the main tourist area. Ubers are cheap and easy to use to get around.

Cons: Although the breakfast was very tasty, it lacked hot food options. Can be skipped but we got it for free.

Pros: The hotel's location is excellent, conveniently situated near key services, particularly the Şişli metro station and Cevahir Mall, one of the best shopping centers in Istanbul. The hotel is also clean, and the staff is very helpful. I want to extend a special thank you to Mr. Karagoz and the sales team for their assistance in changing my booking dates.

Cons: The room does not have a window, and while I'm aware of this, I would not recommend staying in the same room because it's important to have a window for proper air circulation. Additionally, the breakfast is not very good and lacks variety. However, overall, I highly recommend the hotel! 👍

Pros: Very central location, breakfast was good & staff is very helpful. Room is good & has enough amenities

Cons: The hotel is a bit run down & some facilities need better maintenance like plumping & elevators

Pros: This was my second stay at the hotel, and I was very happy to return. I arrived early due to a morning flight, and the hotel kindly gave me access to breakfast while I waited. They even allowed me to check in earlier than expected and surprised me with a complimentary room upgrade. Everything was smooth and pleasant—looking forward to coming back again!

Pros: The hotel was amazing the staff were super attentive and kind. When I asked staff for anything it was never a problem always a pleasure. I will definitely stay again when in Istanbul next
