Sisli

Pros: Staff was very very friendly,helpful and kind. Especially in restaurant. Room was very clean and comfortable. Very central location. Breakfast was very good. There are a lot of shops, malls and restaurants around the hotel. Taksim is 5 munites.

Cons: Dinner was poor for this high quality hotel. Indoor pool was cold. I think it was not heated. Very central lication so finding carpark is difficult or expensive.

Pros: The hotel is comfortable and good in general, but the best thing is the staff who welcome you with a big smile. The reception staff is a wonderful staff, the workers and everything, and all the hotel employees from the smallest employee to the largest employee, from the cleaning worker to the manager, everyone is wonderful, everyone is at the peak of wonderful.

Excellent hotel and area to stay in Istanbul

Pros: The reception was very helpful and friendly special thanks to ( Samet, Yunus, Burcu, Elanur ) and (Omer ) in concierge

Cons: The room service stop thier work at 3 PM , which is unreasonable I can't change the sheets at 5 PM or ask for towels
