Vicenza Hotel Istanbul Old City

Pros: The location is perfect! The staff is VERY polite and helpful. We stayed 8 nights and all was excellent at the hotel, including the bar & restaurant. Definitely will come back again because of all mentioned above and friendly atmosphere. Our stay at the hotel was like a fairytale! ❤️

Pros: The room and the breakfast were perfect The restaurant of the hotel is good but expensive compared to what I know living in Turkey

Cons: This hotel 4* should have some foreign chanels on TV The hammam is too expensive

Nice stay, lovely breakfast, sauna was a bonus 🫶🏻

Pros: Very well located, walkable to most places. Loved cleanliness, tidy rooms and surroundings, tasty breakfast, kind personal. Sauna was good 👍🏼air conditioning worked well same as WiFi

Cons: We expected to have both rooms with double beds as we booked two double rooms , but one was with king size bed another was with two single beds. I was told that I never mentioned that I want one bed instead of two. I assume is my fault, but it could be dealt in different manner. We were offered to have different room next day, but we couldn’t be bothered as we only stayed for three nights. We like hard mattresses , but this one was a little too hard.

Pros: A great location in Istanbul - you can easily walk to many sites and there is also a tram stop nearby to venture further. The breakfast was amazing - so many items to choose from even when it was really busy. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and perfect for a few nights in Istanbul. Otherwise it's great. The pool on the roof is cool but they play really LOUD music so just be aware it's more of a 'party' vibe than a relaxing pool area.

Cons: my friend said his room smelled like cigarettes a bit - possibly from the air con unit, we aren't sure.

NICE HOTEL IN ISTANBUL

Pros: The hotel is located in a good area next to metro,tram and buses connecting you to the main attractions. The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed . The bathroom was also big, with good water pressure in the shower . The breakfast area was spacious and never crowded (the best part ). The variety of food at the buffet was also good with fresh items. Coffee was very rich and tasty . The team was helpful with the request I made for my husband. I really appreciate it. I highly recommend this hotel, and if I ever come back to Istanbul,I'll stay here again.

Cons: The hotel doesn't provide irons and ironing boards in the rooms nor in the hotel. I'd suggest having an ironing room in the hotel for those who need to iron (when travelling,sometimes ironing is necessary)

Value for money

Pros: good breakfast and located close to metro and tram station. Rooftop pool and bar a nice bonus on a sunny day. Saunas and indoor pool also available for free.

Cons: We had a room on the 1st floor and it was quite noisy already in the early morning.

Pros: Superb rooftop pool area Helpful desk staff Good quality well cooked breakfast with a good selection to choose from clearly well run by the manager

Great Location

Pros: Great location in the old part of the city, close to the Grand Bazar and nice restaurant underneath the hotel

Pros: Emri, the guy on the front desk was exceptional, helping with information, taxis and travel agent to enable us to go to Cappadocia. Breakfast was good with wide choice to suit all tastes. Room was OK; plate of fresh fruit very acceptable and bottled water every day. Adapter plug an added bonus. Good location to get to places of interest; lots of restaurants nearby. Roof top swimming pool very nice at the end of the day sight seeing.

Cons: Bedding. Needed at least a sheet, not just a bedspread. Needed a cover for the duvet.
