Rayelin Hotel Istanbul Old City

Gorgeous, relaxing experience, pool, sauna, everything gleams it’s so clean.

Pros: Gorgeous hotel. Staff are so helpful. I can’t wait to book again.

Relaxing and very comfortable.

Pros: We felt very good; the place was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were very kind. I would gladly come back.

Short winter break

Pros: All round amazing, particularly the shower! Awesome water pressure and overall brilliant quality.

Cons: Room was a tiny small and could be spacious.

Pros: Well located hotel, walking distance to main attractions of Istanbul, very friendly staff, good eating. Pretty well equipped gym. Didn't use spa but looks nice and cosy.

Pros: Location ( metro and tram within 5min walk ) , cleanliness and the staff.

Cons: It would have been nice if the hotel had a jacuzzi given all the other well being facilities on offer.

Pros: We liked the location, the room layout and the nice interior design

Cons: The cleaning wasn't as should be. The cups for tea/coffee weren't properly washed. The towels were sometimes shredded. If you asked for a towel at the spa, the answer was almost always that they were out. At breakfast, the omelet station worked twice during our 10 day stay. The staff at breakfast always had an attitude- if they saw you wanted to take coffee outside to smoke they would always comment. During the last half hour they ran out of almost everything.

It was sensation and a well needed break

Pros: I loved the aesthetic, how kind the staff were and the cleanness of the hotel. It was in the perfect location.

Cons: I think they could have a more variety of breakfast options, everyday was the same food

Pros: The hotel room are modern, spacious, nicely designed and most importantly extremely clean. The same applies to all the facilities within the hotel. The breakfast buffet is varied and food was delicious. In terms of location, walking distance to both metro station and tramway and the hotel is on a main road making it easily accessible. You can walk to the Grand Bazar and Sultan Ahmet areas for touristic attractions. The hotel is surrounded by money exchange, restaurants, small groceries stores as well as retail shops. Staff was so so friendly, helping me with Taxi booking, guidance within Istanbul, etc.

Cons: All was perfect.

Wonderful Stay and great service

Pros: Wonderful staff and nice location. Walkable distance to the metro and tram station. We had a pleasant stay here.

Cons: The breakfast restaurant could be slightly bigger. It felt a bit cramped.
