Next time again….

Pros: Very good location, great breakfast (even early in the morning, eső ECU álla from 5 am). Kind staff, own wellness with Hammam.

Cons: Loud gang in the next room, however, staff solved the problem.

Great hotel close to all major attractions

Pros: Fabulous breakfast,great localisation, cleanliness and helpful staff

Cons: The swimming pool needs some renovation but the hamam experience was amazing! Plus you need to pay extra for the swimming pool and sauna before 12 a.m. and after 6 p.m.-this was not described by the Booking

Pros: - Ideal location - Very clean, spacious, and comfortable room with a pleasant vintage victorian style (superior room). - Decent breakfast, with everything we needed. - Helpful staff when solicited. Overall, very good stay ; I'll definitely go back if I pass by Istanbul.

Cons: minor issues : (don't affect the overall experience) - No bottled water in the room, only at check-in. - Milk was very diluted for my taste. - Extra fees for swimming pool after 6pm. (Wasn't planning to waste my time in a swimming pool anyways)

Pros: The receptionist was helpful , specifically, Sima( maybe misstake in name )was fantastic. She helped us to change the room in a minute.

Lovely stay

Pros: The hotel staff is attentive and always helpful. The breakfast was plentiful with a fresh guzleme made on request. The only downside is the wi-fi since it was very slow and kept disconnecting. We used the pool and saunas without issues during “free hours” from 12pm-6pm. No traffic noise or party noise from our room.

Great stay, would recommend to everyone.

Pros: The hotel is very good. The breakfasts are great, huge selection of typical Turkish meals, very good Gozleme, selection of cheese, fruits, cereals, jams, bread, everything was just great. The staff was always helpful. Location is great, next to Metro station, several busses and around 300m from tram. You can get to most attractions in several minutes easily. In the neighbourhood there is a lot of good restaurants.

Cons: Smoking in the pool area... The pool is in the basement and some people (including the staff...) were smoking in there, so for a non-smoker it was not so nice. But this is the only negative thing about the hotel. We are very happy with everything else.
