Pros: Our room was very large. So was the bathroom. The staff was very kind and helpful. Mustafa, Faisal and Halim made us feel very comfortable. They quickly resolved one issue in our room and Halim lend us an Istanbulkart. Thanks guys for everything!
Cons: It's a minor thing: the view from our room.

Pros: Cleanliness, friendly staff, shops and restaurants are within walking distance, and facilities are as exactly as in the photos.
Cons: You can hear voices from the hallway but it is not a major issue for us.

Pros: Located in a vibrant area of Laleli and close to the tram and metro stations This hotel is only 3 tram stops away from the blue mosque and Ayah Sofia.
Cons: Nothing! Thanks for making my stay comfortable

Pros: Staying in Klas hotel was amazing - room was clean, breakfast was tasty and served dinner was allways different and delicious. The staf was extremely nice, specificaly a waiter named Yasim - he was very helpful, kind and I enjoyed having a chat with him during dinner.

Overall, it's nice and good location
Pros: The location is great, tram and underground stop few minutes away, 10-15 minutes walking to the bazaar with several other shops in the way. Plenty of restaurants and corner shops nearby. Overall, it was very clean, the bed was super comfortable and the room was very spacious (executive room). We only had breakfast once during our stay as didn't want to wake up early - it was good quality, but the variety can definitely be improved. It's more of a continental type.
Cons: I booked the executive room specifically for the balcony as this is a must on all our travels and when we arrived we found out that we didnt have a balcony. Out of all floor 5, we were told that was the only executive without balcony which was not a good start at all. The hotel was fully booked so although we were told to check with reception the next day, obviously they couldnt move us as they knew what bookings they have. It was very upsetting as whilst the room was very spacious and clean, we basically paid more money for no reason as we didn't get the balcony which is the main reason we chose that type of room. The should mention in the description that not all executive rooms have balconies as it is misleading.

Highly recommended
Pros: Everything was very pleasant, with an excellent location and exemplary customer service. Mr. Mehmet, a member of the staff, assisted us with the transfer from the hotel to the airport at a reasonable rate. We highly recommend the establishment and intend to include it in our future holiday plans.
Cons: One day, the housekeeper forgot bath towels and we called reception, but they never arrived that day.

Great stay at a reasonable price
Pros: The room was clean, comfortable, spacious and facilities were great. Osman the night manager went out of his way to get me a coffee as I had an early flight. He was very knowledgeable about the area and other parts of Türkiye. Very nice guy.
Cons: Nothing.

Pros: The staff in the kitchen was really helpful. I do recommend guests to go and have dinner at the hotel to experience quality service. Thank you to my kitchen chef and my friend who helped us with the food in the room. Hope to see the same people in the kitchen soon. Thank you
