Pros: I enjoyed my stay there thanks to the exceptional staff, mainly the kind gentleman who welcomed me and allowed me to check in early. The two other receptionists as well as the smiling ladies taking in charge the breakfast are also kind. The hotel is clean beatifully decorated and well situated very near all the touristic sites surrounded by many shops and restaurants. I highly recommend it.

Pros: Great location, small nice hotel,kinde staff especially Mr. Mohamed ( Hamida) in the reception, 2 women in breakfast room calm,kinde,and lovely Bus station, Metro station,Tram station just 5 minutes walk..I recommend this hotel for everyone and this may be my fifth Time to stay in Falcon Hotel

Cons: The pressure of water in the toilet is soooo weak,, and this is the first time to face this problem in Falcon Hotel My room was 401 And they cannot solve this problem during my stay This is not a generalized problem in all rooms this only in room 401 I can accommodate but my friend use the bathroom in level A or -1

Pros: The hotel was clean, the staff were nice especially the receptionists (both Muhammads), they were very helpful. The chambers were also clean and the hotel is very well situated close to most tourist attractions and transportation. Overall it's a really good price/quality report.

Pros: Location is perfect - very close to metro (to airport) and tram line (Sultanahmet, Eminonu etc) . Within walking distance from Grand bazaar, Hagia Sophia etc. Great breakfast. Helpful staff.

Excellent hotel and staff

Pros: Lovely room located near metro, shops, restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff, plenty of hot water in the shower. Extensive continental breakfast, including soup, sausage, and eggs.

Cons: Wet bathroom floor due to water leak bidet, small lift (2 people), breakfast room was full.

Pros: Location is great, easy access to public transportation, lot of restaurant and merchants nearby.

Cons: You can only pay by cash and we were not informed about that beforehand.

Pros: The hotel is good value for the price, comfortable, clean, and the location is exceptional - 3 mins from metro and 3 mins from tram. The breakfast was okay, there is enough to start your day. The people hosting it are very friendly, kind and always helpful, Mohamed is a great person and it was pleasure for us to have a chat with him!
