Overall a very good stay

Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff, including Melek, Ramazan, Ilker and Buse. View from the room is excellent. Bed is big and comfortable. Coffee at breakfast is very good too.

Amazing stay with a stunning view!

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at Arise Hotel Golden Horn. The staff were exceptionally professional and welcoming, making the check-in and check-out process seamless. The room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and the view of the Golden Horn was absolutely breathtaking.

Cons: Everything was perfect. No complaints at all!

Great stay with excellent service and kind staff. I would definitely come back and recommend this hotel.

Pros: Clean and comfortable room, very friendly and professional staff, good service, and a tasty breakfast with nice variety. The hotel atmosphere was welcoming and we felt taken care of.

Cons: Only one issue: the heating AC in our room didn’t work properly during colder weather, and it took about a day to fix. After it was repaired, everything was fine.

Excellent value for money.

Pros: When writing a review, I always consider the price I paid. I would have been more critical if the rate were €300 or more per night, but in this case it was under €100. The hotel is very clean, with good facilities and very supportive staff. The bathroom amenities were generous, there was no need to ask for a dental kit, shaving kit, or comb. The room had a beautiful view of the Golden Horn. Overall, my stay was very comfortable. There isn’t much more to add when everything simply works well.

Cons: What I Did Not Like: a) The breakfast offered a wide selection, but the food was not particularly delicious to my taste. b) The hotel has only two restaurants: one on the 10th floor where breakfast is served, and another outside the hotel entrance, both with identical menus. There also didn’t seem to be many restaurants within walking distance, so the overall food options were limited. c) One of the hand towels did not smell fresh; however, all towels were soft and of good quality. d) Location is a bit remote from the historical center or business districts, and there is no metro in the walking distance.
