Absolute magnificent!

Pros: I upgraded my room to the junior suite which was lovely and spacious! Breakfast had many options to choose from The whole vibe of the hotel was very calming and relaxing. Special shout out to Murat who personally messaged me to ensure I was comfortable recovering from my surgery. The staff were very polite, and the cleaners always made time to speak with me, they was very nice.

Cons: the lighting in the room was a little dark

Pros: The property is super clean and user friendly. Great amenities and superb staff, very helpful and friendly. Murat Bey, Can Bey, Ilayda Annem, Metin Bey, Nargul Aneem, Gockhan Bey. They were all amazing and very helpful, made our stay very easy.

Cons: The Hamam is mixed men and women which i found inconvenient.

Pros: I truly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The restaurant is beautiful and offers a stunning view of Istanbul, which made my experience even more special. The spa area is very pleasant and relaxing, and the breakfasts were delicious with a great variety of options. The staff were extremely polite, attentive, and caring throughout my stay. I would especially like to highlight the manager, Murat, who is very professional, helpful, and genuinely caring. He made me feel truly welcomed and well taken care of. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again
