Pros: All experience was great, stuff was helpful and kind

Cons: Breakfast was good and delicious But working stuff most of them rude and no manners like they are working not in 5 stars hotel. No greating no helping and if you will ask something they won’t be happy to help you. Example : I asked a waiter to clean table , it had bread crumbs, he looked at me like he didn’t get so I tried to explain in Turkish, he just asked me on high tone “what do you need?” After that he did cleaned but half of it was removed and half was thrown on the chair where i should be sitting, most of the employees at the restaurant are unhappy and not helpful at all. Except lady on the kitchen, she was preparing omelets. She was smiling and kind

Pros: The breakfast exceeded my expectations in the loveliest way. It wasn't just a meal – it was a delightful start to the day that left me genuinely happy. The location was equally impressive. I felt a sense of peace, safety, and comfort in this area.

Cons: To be honest, I genuinely enjoyed my overall journey. The staff were incredibly friendly, cooperative, and lovely; I hope to return there again. I have visited Istanbul several times before, but this time I discovered an amazing place to stay, particularly due to their exceptional spa and gym facilities. I truly appreciated my time there.

Cons: Hotel doesn't have parking so when u r coming in car it is an issue ais the road really busy and not easy to find ay parking I felt that the price was higher than the level of the hotel I paid around 125 euro for one night compared to same level in Istanbul for same period for 50 euro

Pros: The accommodation was okay, the staff were very kind, and cleanliness was good. Breakfast was varied and there were plenty of options to choose from. Parking was very good, the spa as well, and the mattress, duvet, and pillows were comfortable.

Cons: However, what I did not like was the furniture. I believe it is over 20 years old and would need to be replaced for a five-star hotel.
