Pros: had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Istanbul. The hotel itself was very nice and exceptionally clean, which made the experience even more comfortable. The staff were absolutely amazing — anytime we needed assistance, they were incredibly prompt, helpful, and professional. A special thank you to Esra, who truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. She kindly organised a cake and a bottle of wine to be sent to my room, which was such a thoughtful and lovely gesture. I will definitely be staying here again the next time I come to Istanbul. Highly recommended!

Beautiful place with a wonderful location and very close to most attractions in Istanbul , clean and gorgeous rooms all

Pros: Mr. Seredan in the Reception was so helpful and supportive. Also, I want to thank Ms. Esra the guest relation manager for her help and support all the time for all what we need . They were very polite and helpful and cooperative and solve all issues . I will visit this place again inshallah .

Cons: The breakfast needs to be improved and afford more options for the dishes as a Hilton .
