Pros: The staff name Arif has been amazing, very helpful and professional. We had an amazing time in sultan palace hotel, terrace is great, and the view from terrace is spectacular. Hotel was clean and they made and clean our room everyday

Beautiful place and very friendly staff!

Pros: I absolutely loved it! Such a beautiful place! The terrace is wonderful. Every day we had cup of tea and enjoyed views. Our rooms were always clean. Staff is very friendly and polite. They helped us with everything. I advised my friends to stay here and they were happy. Next time I will choose this hotel again!

Pros: The manager was very helpful. The room is very comfortable without being luxurious. Great elevator and staff around 24/7. Loved looking at the Mosque from my window and the sea at a distance. Short climb walking to Sultanahmet Square and a little Market nearby with restaurants.

Romantic pleasant place with the possibility of working in the room

Pros: Location with a beautiful view from the window and terrace, next to the historic center. The administrator is kind, offered an umbrella for the rain and shared a kettle for us to warm up.

Cons: a slightly heavy aroma in the room we were airing. Poor soundproofing
